Sure signal 3 dead (no lights)

Hello there

 

My Sure Signal 3 has suddenly stopped working.  By this I mean all the lights are dead and it's not possible to reset it.  This has never happened before - any advice on this please?

It's broke, same as mine in the thread below yours. 

great - and it's 2years3 months old so I guess out of warranty 😕  

 

It's not comforting since I see you'd had 3?!

Please try it in another socket. 

 

To note the Sure Signal Device comes with a 24 month warranty.

Yes - I did many steps to diagnose, that being one of them 🙂

 

Incidentally it has been in the same socket now since October 2013 😞

It can't harm to ask Customer service if they'll do anything in relation to the cost incurred in buying a replacement.
