Hello there
My Sure Signal 3 has suddenly stopped working. By this I mean all the lights are dead and it's not possible to reset it. This has never happened before - any advice on this please?

Please try it in another socket.
To note the Sure Signal Device comes with a 24 month warranty.

Yes - I did many steps to diagnose, that being one of them 🙂
Incidentally it has been in the same socket now since October 2013 😞

It can't harm to ask Customer service if they'll do anything in relation to the cost incurred in buying a replacement.
