Sure signal 3 suddenly stopped working with iphone6

My wife's iphone6 suddenly stopped working with my Suresignal3.  My iphone 6+ was still working perfectly.  I tried resetting the phone, updating the OS, re booting the suresignal and nothing worked then suddenly the phone started working again and my wife recieved a text from me (as the account hokder I suppose?) saying: 'You can now use {my name}'s Sure Signal at postcode {postcode}. For more information go to vodafone.co.uk/suresignal'

Looks like you de-registered the iphone6 then re-registered it a few days later.  Why????!

Certainly sounds like some form of glitch if you haven't been into the settings.
