Hi, My sure box has been working mostly ok for nearly 2 years but has stopped for the last week or so with steady red light. Have tried most of the options in the forum with no luck. FYI I'm with plusnet on fast fibre using their standard Technicolour TG582n router. I've attached 1)Speedtest result 2)Ping test 3) Traceroute and 4) External IP address as per previous posts. The model is a 9361 Homecell serial no. 40123518496. Any help would be gratefully appreciated.
Many thanks,
Ian

Ok. Problem fixed. I have rebooted router, modem and sure and is now working. Having rebooted sure before and having had the router drop out I would guess it's rebooting router has done the trick:smileyvery-happy:
