My sure signal v 3 has not been working for several days and I have an intermittent no signal or very poor signal. I have tried restiing it numerous times with no success. The red light is flashing and the orange user light is stable. Can someone please provide the answer of what to do?

I can see that your Sure Signal hasn't made a connection since 27 February.
The light sequence you've provided suggests that there is a unit connection issue. Please recheck all connections to the device and ensure that all router settings are correct.

I have checked the connections, all of which are correct and I have reset the router and the ethernet boxes again. The VSS still isn't working - flashing red light and solid orange phone. Please could you provide further assistance asap.
