Sure signal V3 not working - AGAIN

Hi, I have a sure signal v3. Lights 1, 2 and 3 are solid, but all three registered phones arent connecting to it

Thanks. Good news is the phone registers to my account is now connected to the suresignal. Unfortunately the second number I have registered still won't pick up the sure signal. I've manually removed bed and readded it to the account today, but still nothing. Any ideas?
