On My return from holiday I find my sure signal is no longer working although all the lights display correctly. I get no coverage on my phone.
I have tried a reset (holding reset button for 10 sec) And also after consultation with tech support, I have tried their suggestion to register mobile phone to another network then register back to vodafone network but tht also has failed to resolve the issue.
Internet is working ok and all cable connections are checked and there has been no change of any equipment or sim card.
Any ideas??

Ok... So I have just registered another number with Sure Signal and that one works!
....now its just the original primary number that does not?? Have tried re-booted phone several times and it works out and about, just not with sure signal

OK ...solved
Seems the phone had somehow set itself to 2G only when I was abroad. switching back to 3G solved the issue.
