Solution

Sure signal failure after update to iPhone 5S

I've a sure signal box, has been working fine.  I have two phones - work and personal.  The work phone was swapped from an iPhone 4S to a 5S last week. Since then it's not picking up any signal at home. My personal one continues to work.

I've 

  • Called 191 twice
  •     Deleted and re-addded the phone number to the list of registered numbers
  •     Changed the network to manual then back again to automatic/ Vodafone
  •  Reset the phone, the sure signal box and the hub

And after 9 days, still no closer to a solution, and very disapointed with Vodafone.

 

Any help appreciated.

Your speed test results from here.
Your ping test results from here.
Your external IP address from here.
The results of a traceroute.
Your Sure Signal serial number:

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.

Any resolution?

Deleted the number and then added it again.

10 mins latter phone connected OK
