Can you please re-sync my sure signal as since I have moved to a nano sim the thing wont work

Hi @soxenham, when changing SIM cards this can affect the connection between your number and the Sure Signal.
To resolve this, please remove your number from the Sure Signal. You'll then need to allow 24 hours to pass before adding the number back on.
This should then allow you to connect to the device.
