Registering a sure signal box

Hi, My girlfriend has a sure signal box which she has not used for a few years, we are both on a Red share account with Vodafone which prevents me from using Wifi calling and my signal at work is non-existant.

I have tried to register the sure signal box in my name but the message says it is registeed to another user.

My girlfriend has been on her account and it is showing that the sure signal in suspended?

When she clicks on register it says it is registered with another user.

Does anyone have any idea how I can deregister it with her and reregister it with me, or get it to recognise her account??

If a sure signal hasn't been used for 12 months or over then its permanently removed and will not work again I'm afraid @Adywas12

Thank you for your reply. It is a shame customer support did not mention that when I was on the phone to them the first, second or third time....
