Sure signal not working

My sure signal isnt working !

the power light is flashing red - lights 2 and 3 are off, and light 4 is steady amber

i have tried to reset the unit a few times now - with the same results as above each time

Can anyone help please ?

There is an 'Issue Not Listed' option which guides you through how to run a TraceRoute to paste back in your thread for Vodafone Tech to look over.
