Hi
Had a lot of problems with BT with very slow broadband. A lot of resets in the exchange and now speeds of download 3.77 upload 0.32. The Sure Signal will now not connect. When I look at my network it thinks the SS is not connected. Tried a ping test PathPing 212.183.133.181.and the message was "unable to resolve target system"
Any suggestions.

I have reset the BTHub to factory settings. It still cannot see the Sure Signal. When I look at the hubs network it is not there and yes I changed the cable.

I had a very quick try on another line, same problem. lights go out, nothing.

Thanks for testing that. The unit still hasn't made contact since 08/07/2013 with our servers. As it's failed on two different internet connections, it looks like you'll need to have it sent away for a repair.
