Hi, My brother bought a sure signal box a few years back. I want to make use of the box having just joined Vodafone however he left Vodafone a few months back and I believe he would normally just add my number. Is it possible for the box to be put under my name or my number to be added to the box. My brother would have had the authority to added my number but he wont be able to access his account now he is no longer with Vodafone. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

Your brothers SureSignal will need to be de-registered from his account. the eForum team can do this for you however they would need access to your brothers account so it would be him they need to speak to. If you sit tight one of the team can get a message with instructions for your brother to follow to allow him to get in touch.

Once it's de-registered you can register it under your account and add all the numbers you require to it.
