I would be grateful for any assistance : I have a suresignal v3 which only ever displays a solid red power light and a flashing white globe symbol with an arrow going around it. I believe this says that the suresignal is updating but it's been doing it for weeks.

I have tried calling Support and they said they would 'reset' it but 2 weeks later nothing has changed..
