Hi!
Im trying to register my sure signal, the lights are sitting at the "Ready" state, but on the website it keeps saying
"Sorry – there seems to be a problem. We are working hard to fix this, please try again later."
Can someone help me please.

Try phoning to register. I did last night and I was able to but I am still waiting for the email confirmation so I still only have the flashing internet light.

Sounds like a temporary issue with the website, maybe try giving them a call or popping on live chat.

I tried calling last night, but as usual they hang up if they dont know what to do lol.
Will try live chat as they seem a bit better.
