Is it ok to turn this off as it is so hot. Is it safe. Should it get that hot. I've turned it off a couple of times over night but am always worried it won't come back on. It has but just checking

The device will warm up but should not become so hot that you cannot touch it. 

The Sure Signal device does come with a 2 year warranty so for peace of mind you could approach a Vodafone Store if your concerned.

Just spoke to live chat. And they said it was ok to turn it off overnight or whenever.

Hi

I know people do turn off such devices and Broadband routers but I prefer to keep my router on as not to wobble the download and upload speeds as they can take time to settle and software updates are occasionally sent overnight.

I wouldn't turn my router off. Just the sure signal box for phone signal
