Hi,
I have a SureSignal V3 that I registered end of July 2016. It worked for 3 or 4 weeks but know I can't pickup any signal from it on my IPhone 5S.
I've tried all the suggested fixes without success.
Red light and white lights 1 and 2 solid

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your Sure Signal.
Our systems are showing the Sure Signal last connected today at 02:11am. The light sequence you've provided also usually means the Sure Signal is ready to use.
I've performed a re-sync on your Sure Signal today.
Please leave the Sure Signal for 6 hours, and then complete the process by doing a factory reset:
