I have a new SIM with iPhone 5S I have also just upgraded to BT Infinity. I suspect a re-sync may be in order. My SureSignal serial number is: 40112021346.
Are there still ongoing issues with BT Infinity, or have these been resolved?

Hi mark35se,
There are still some issues with BT Infinity but this isn't affecting everyone.
As you've had a new SIM you may need to deregister your number and then re-register after 24 hours. I have done a resync for you in the meantime, you'll need to do a reset to complete the process;
-Locate the button on the base of the box next to the Ethernet ports.
-Press and hold the button for approximately 30 seconds.
-Once the lights come back on, release the button.
