Hi Guys,
I've recently changed my SIM-Card and notice SureSignal is no longer working. From reading the forums, I believe you need to reset my unit.
The unit's serial number is 42142819889
I posted a similar request in the correct thread a few days ago but nobody from the Tech Team replied.
Please can you reset?

I am in a similar situation. I've just upgraded and swapped SIM cards but the new phone is not being recognised by Sure Signal. If it needs to be reset at your end I shall be grateful if you will do this.
The serial number of by Sure Signal is 40111331464

Bad form to reply to your own post, but I telephoned Customer services and the matter is in hand now, so I hope this will sort out the problem.

I can't get through to Customer Services (won't recognise my number), so I hope the Tech Team read this thread!

Hi everyone,
@MATTinDRONFIELD – It’s failing to add your number to your Sure Signal account.
Please deregister and reregister your Sure Signal.
@JRR – If it’s still not working, please change the owner on your Sure Signal account, to a number that’s working ok and then switch it back.
Thanks,
Gemma

The Sure Signal was re-registered by Customer Services and it is now working normally again.

@brown42 – Thanks for joining our eForum!
Please remove your number from your Sure Signal account.
If the number in question is the owner on your account, you will need to change one of the other numbers to the owner.
After 24 hours, add it back and turn your phones off and on.
Once you’ve done this, please perform a factory reset:
Allow around 1 hour for the Sure Signal to come back online.
