SureSignal V1 - Phone(s) Not Connecting

I have recently got a sure signal V1. I have registered it on MyVodafone and set up the telephone numbers to it (owner + one other). Lights 1, 2 and 4 are lit continuously. Light three does not light at all, suggesting that neither phone is connecting. (Phones are Samsung N9005 & I9003, both set to auto data mode)

I have de-registered and registered the SureSignal box, however the result is the same.

Is the unit at fault or a setting incorrect?

Hi lladoog,

Everything is fine with your traceroute and the lights showing on the Sure Signal are correct.

Is 3G active in the settings on both handsets?

I've done a resync for you, try the following reset and let us know how you get on;

1 - Hold the reset button until all 4 lights are solid. Don't let go of the button until step 4

2 - Remove the power cable then the LAN cable

3 - Insert ONLY the power cable

4 - When the lights flash 1, 2, 3 then 4 release the reset button and wait for the unit to boot (5 minutes should do it).

5 - Insert the LAN cable and wait

Thanks,

Kay

Many Thanks,

The Resync and Reset seems to have done the job.
