SureSignal V1 Stopped working

Hello Vodafone tech, please help me. I’ve followed the Troubleshooting procedures. I've reset it to the factory setting around half a dozen times. My wife has rung technical support 3 or 4 times. First light is on, second light flashes and eventually stays on, fourth light flashes, then eventually all the lights apart from the first one go off, and the cycle repeats itself. I've tried a different lan cable, different hub, different ports, different locations, but nothing works. I’ve tried a fixed IP address, tried deregistering and reregistering it. I've spent days trying to get this to work! The serial number is 21230509958. Thanks for posting your details.

Unfortunately, if you've tried everything you've listed and it's still not connecting, then I'm afraid there is a fault with your unit or the power lead.

As this Sure Signal is now out of warranty, you can purchase a new one here.

I've plugged the VSS into my neighbour’s Sky router and performed a factory reset. I've left it there overnight. Fingers crossed. If however it fails to work and is deemed faulty, then I'm afraid it will be bye bye Vodafone, as we're not willing to pay for the "privilege" of having a mobile phone signal in our home. Thanks.

 

I've just been round to my neighbour and the VSS 1 is still the same. I guess it hasn't shown up your side?
