SureSignal V1 connection loss - unresolved, please help!

My SureSignal lost connectivity about 2 days ago and, despite several resets and a call to your tech support people, it has remained offline.

 

There is no other mobile signal around here, so we are totally reliant on it  - please help get this resolved!

 

The outgoing internet connection is working fine and nothing has changed in router set-up.  The SureSignal has generally worked reliably both here and at a previous property for 2 years, although occasionally needs to be reset - perhaps once every couple of months.

 

Since the call to your tech support people, I have forwarded all the relevant ports:

..to make sure that wasn't causing the problem (although given that it had worked before and nothing had been changed in the router set-up, this seems an unlikely cause).

 

It has been reset 4 times over the last 2 days, but whenever it comes back on, it just gets stuck on the top 2 lights and there is no network signal.

 

It is a SureSignal V1, S/N 21224662995.

 

Please help!  As my phone relies on it, you can't reach me that way, but email is fine...

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.
