VSS not powering at all anymore

Hi,

For the past few weeks (I haven't had time to come to this forum yet), my VSS has died! No power anymore when I plug it in. No lights no nothing.

How can I get an exchange please?

Hi tierix,

Whilst these may be silly questions, we need to check them to make sure of where any issue lies.

 - Does the Sure Signal power up when plugged into any other socket?

 - Are you able to try with an alternate fuse in the plug?

Also, do you have the serial number of the Sure Signal box for me?

- no, obviously I've tried with different sockets and changed fuse. Still doesn't work
