SureSignal V2 - steady power light only after change to Hyperoptic Service Provider

Hello

I've just changed my internet service provider to Hyperoptic from BT and can't get the Sure Signal to work at all. The power light stays constant, the other two lights flash on and off for a bit but go dead within the hour. I've tried waiting, unregistering and reregistering the device, resetting, switching off  and on the router and Sure Signal, but nothing happens. The system light never becomes constant.

The Sure signal device has the number 40123501773.

Your IP address isn't registered in the UK which is why it's not working. 

 

You'll need to speak to your Internet service provider to help with this.
