SureSignal V2: white lights constantly flashing

YoungDude

My SS V2 has stopped working. The red power light is on, and the white System and Phone lights are flashing. I have tried powering down/powering up, tries resetting the device and tried unregistering and re-registering. After 24 hours the lights are still flashing.

For several weeks my family have had problems connecting to it, hence my attempts at resetting everything.

Any assistance will be most welcome.

Thanks

Everything seems to be working now. Still on the SS2 (good job the local Vodafone shop was "out of stock" on SS3s!)

Thanks to all who responded.

So what was done to fix your problem? It's not very encouraging when 'it just starts working' with no explanation!

I'm guessing it was the 'reset' Vodafone did at their end. I posted about it 'still not working' and had pencilled in swapping the power supply (again) on the Sunday when at about 9pm Saturday my son said "I've got a full signal!" and one by one over the next ten minutes we all got a full signal.

Hi, I have this exact same problem and have unplugged/reset etc. The status says active in my account, but the lights just keep flashing. Can someone help please?

Thanks

You must be one of the luck ones. I replaced my v3 with a new one from local store and still same problem. My ISP says they can't help as it's not their product and they have many sure signals working on my type of router. So I am now a very ##~## off customer stuck in the middle between 2 corporations that don't give a sh*t!! Back onto vf tomorrow I guess.

@Jackiekaren I've checked your Sure Signal and can see it's made contact with our system shortly after your post (12 June 11.30pm).

Please can you let us know if the device is now working?

No, it's still the same. No change
