SureSignal V3 cannot connect with iPhone6

I have just installed a new SureSugnal as my old one stopped working.  It is registered and lights look fine but my Iphone cannot connect to it.

 

I have done diagnostic tests to do traceroute and ping to 212.183.138.181 but both tests fail!

 

Any advice welcome

May I ask if the Sure Signal is brand new or a used one ?

 

Try unplugging the sure signal for a few days and then plug back in again. I've read this can help.

Bought as new - although it did not come with fancy packaging!

I suspect that there may be a port issue!

You could speak with Customer Service on 191 or Live Chat from a computer use  if the Sure Signal FAQs have not helped. 

 

Also one of the Tech Teams should see your post and traceroute to help.
