Sure signal problem

Hello there, my sure signal stopped working. The light doesn't come on. I've tried the 30sec resetting and it still doesn't work. We use it to get phone signal so we feel cut out. Please help

 

Model: 9361 Home cell p3.0

URGENT

When you say the light does not come on?.

Do you mean no lights at all?

If there are no lights on, remove immediately from the mains as there is a high possibility it has burnt out inside and there is risk of fire.

DO not do any further tests as Vodafone team should NOT be recommending any further attempts to try to fix it as this is dangerous advice.
