My SureSignal only has the red light on. I have tried a full factory reset but it doesn't even react to the reset button. I have also reregistered it but no change.

As I said in my initial subject line ONLY the red light is on, NONE of the others. This is not an option on your troubleshooting thread, hence posting the message above and carrying out the tracert.

I've checked the serial number and IP address you've provided and all of this information seems fine on our end.
Please try connecting your Sure Signal in another location, such as a friend or family member's house. You’ll need to leave it connected for at least 24 hours.
We'll then be able to determine if the problems are specific to your location and router or with the Sure Signal itself.
