SureSignal post-code confusion

I keep getting texts and emails from voda saying I need to register my sure signal post code, this is all very annoying as it hasnt changed and is working. I have logged on and my post code is shown in my account with the serial number of my SS. No idea whats going on can you please sort this Voda as its a real time waster for me.

If i try to register again it says my serial number is in use...I guess it would be!
