SureSignal relocation and subsequent connection failure

I have been provided by my company with a SureSignal device that was previously in use at their Head Office. I have connected this to my home broadband in a completely different part of the country and left for 24 hours, the power light just kept on flashing and phone light stayed orange, so I held the "reset" button down , the device powered down and up again, but still I get an orange phone and a flashing power light. I have created a new Vodafone SureSignal support account for myself and registered the SureSignal to my address (it had to be "released" from its previous account in order to allow this to happen), does something else need to be performed at the Vodafone end to allow the SureSignal device to work in its new location? Thanks

Can you take a look at our Sure Signal Troubleshooting thread, and then post back your results if you’re not directed to an existing thread?

The issue you’re experiencing: Device does not connect to Vodafone network

What light sequence you're seeing: power light flashing and "phone" light (3?) orange

Your external IP address: 2.26.127.205

Your speed test results: PING: 15ms 7.18Mbps down 0.92 Mbps up

The results of a traceroute: In attached jpg

The light sequence you've provided means that the Sure Signal is having issues connecting to your router.

It may be worth trying a new Ethernet cable. Also, try connecting the Sure Signal in a different location, such as a friend or family member's house. You’ll need to leave it connected for at least 24 hours.
