Registering New Sure Signal....

....been trying to do this all day but the MyVodafone website keeps saying they are doing some updates and won't let me log in.....getting a bit annoyed now as this has been the same since 3pm and I need to get the Sure Signal working for Xmas day so we can send and receive text messages in our black spot.

Has anyone anywhere got ANY idea when it's likely to be back up? Right now I'm guessing not till Tuesday given the time of year! It would seem someone forgot to switch it back on before going down the pub!

Are you trying the new dashboard as discussed Here or Here

 

You could engage with Live Chat from a Computer or Customer service on 191 or I've read on the forum to try Customer service support-> Call 03333 040 191 then take option 2 three times and finally option 5 – straight to the Sure Signal team.

 

I assume the sure signal biz is new or if used has been fully de registered by the original owner before you can register.
