My Sure signal has been working fine but now had a red flashing light and solid internet light. Nothing has changed on my network.
This happened sometime between Friday18th (night) and Saturday lunchtime. Had something happend at that time?
I have rebooted etc but no change.

VSS Traceroute command
On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.
This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.

My SS has started working again. looking at the forum it seems that there were a lot of customers effected by this issue. Was there some issue with your network?

I’m pleased to see that your Sure Signal is now working again
Did you follow any of the steps in our troubleshooting guide? If so, this is what may have resolved the problem.
I’m not aware of any general faults with this recently but it’s great that this is now back to normal for you.
