Hi Guys,
I bought a sure signal v3 (ss3) for my wife a few months ago and after a troubled start it had been working ok (still having to reboot the ss3 every so often). However over the past week or two it has just stopped working altogether. The only light that is on is the power light which is solid red all the time.
I have tried the factory reset and that gives the white flashing light on the internet (1) for about a minute or two then it goes off and back to the power light only being on.
I have the Superhub 2 with Virgin Media, I have changed most of the settings the troubleshooting suggestions make such as port forwarding, making sure MTU is at 1500, assigned an IP to the ss3, checked IPSec Passthrough, reset the router, reset the ss3, factory reset the ss3 and still nothing.

Again is this safe to post on a public forum?
I am really starting to become disillusioned with the ss3 and by proxy vodafone. We were promised that this would be the solution to the poor signal issues in our home and the main reason why my wife joined vodafone, however all it seems to have brought is an expensive unreliable product which causes more headaches than it is worth!
Please, can you help resolve these issues so that we can have a stable 3G signal

We now have a constant red light and a flashing Internet light, but still no signal unfortunately.

Thanks, it has now been stuck on this sequence for the past 36 to 48 hours with no change. Just solid red light with flashing internet one.

This should have completed by now.
I recommend you try deregistering and reregistering your Sure Signal via your My Account.
Once you’ve done this, if you’re still having problems, take a look here for how to get in touch and we'll look into this further.
