Hi,
I've just got a new SureSignal v3 and I've received the registration text to say it was all configured. It's been switched on for 2 days now and just stays with the red power light flashing and the last 2 orange lights solid on. I understand that there's a IP whitelist somewhere for these, mine was registered by my company and no-ones ever asked for my IP so I suspect that this might be the problem.
Anyway, diagnostics are as below, if anyone could help I'd appreciate it.

@jamlam Thanks for providing us with these details
I've checked your IP address and can confirm that this is already on our whitelist.
With the light sequence you've provided, this indicates an authentication failure. To get your Sure Signal up and running, you'll need to advise your Internet Service Provider (ISP) one of the following dependent on your IP address:
- Should you have a static IP address, please advise your ISP you're trying to set up a VPN tunnel and that the IPsec is being blocked on an internal firewalled server within your network.
- If it's a dynamic IP address, let your ISP know you're trying to set up a VPN tunnel and the IPsec packet is being fragmented in transit.
Let us know how you get on
