Evening all,
I've just bought a SureSignal to hopefully improve the 3G call coverage in my 10th floor flat. It seems to be working, i.e. it connects and I can make (better) calls, BUT only if I turn WiFi off on my handset first? If I have WiFi connected, the device doesn't register with the SS. Anything I am doing wrong? Is there something that needs to be changed on my account?

@brandnewant That’s unusual to hear.
Have you tried running an internet speed test on your Home Broadband?
You could also try changing the Wi-Fi channels on your devices, to prevent any interference.
If you’re unsure on how to do this, please contact your internet service provider.
