My suresignal was suspended by Vodafone ( it was working perfectly before hand) it has now been reactivated but the box starts to flash 2 white lights then after approx 5mins the lights go out and nothing seems to be happening what do i need to do to get it working.
Have reset router and suresignal but nothing still happens after the lights go out

Hi @RJBC
Please try deregistering the Vodafone Sure Signal and re registering it and perform a factory reset on the Sure Signal.
To do this see below:
The Sure Signal will now try to contact the network and download its profile. This can take up to 6 hours.
If this doesn't connect, please let us know if there's a change in the light sequence you can see.

many thanks have now done as you suggested deR then Registered was sent email & text to tell me it was active and this was on my account.
my only problem is i have been asked to reset the SS so many times the button has now broken off. Is there another way of reseting the SS.
All i'm now getting is the 2 lights continuously flash which according to the manual it is trying to connect to your system. See picture.
Any further suggestions gratefully recieved.
