Hi,
I have been trying a Sure Signal version 2 on my account for about 2 months but find it very rarely works. I have been through and reset the box as per the tech advice from the forum but to no avail, I first tried it on my sons I Phone now on my wife's S3, still not connecting. The UMA set up on my orange Blackberry is working OK. My router is a netgear one which seems OK with everything else we connect.
I forgot to say it has connected on the rare occasion with all lights on
Can any one suggest where I go from here please.

The results of a traceroute.
Your Sure Signal serial number:
VSS Traceroute command
On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.
This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
