Lights 1,2 and 4 on - Can't get 3G on Sure Signal 1

I am experiencing a similar issue to that mentioned in this thread:

I have tried the standard troubleshooting steps, and the issue is not fixed.

It seems from your advisor, James that this is a known issue for some customers. Can you push the firmware update to me?
