I've changed from a blackberry to an iphone 5c, but the handset doesn't connect to the suresignal. I've switched the suresignal on and off, but it makes no difference. Can you assist please? Thanks

Having the same problem with Iphone 5. My wife's Sony connects fine
Was reset by you yesterday. still no signal.
FAQ tells me to change owner on the Sure Signal dashboard - no such option on the dashboard.

Still not connecting. I have followed your instructions re. getting new SIM
How long will the SIM take & how long to transfer teh number?

Hi Mike,
You should expect delivery of the SIM card within 3-5 working days.
Once you've got the SIM card, you'll need to activate it here. It'll usually go through within a few minutes, however it can take up to 24 hours.
