Really, really annoyed that my suresignal has stopped working again. I've been through all the troubleshooting nonsense again but still no joy. Got red power light but nothing else. I don't believe the box is at fault as so many other people have issues too and it would be really helpful if vodafone admitted when they have tech issues affecting suresignals rather than just saying nothing and suggesting it's always the box at fault. Whatever the issue, I need service restored for work. Will you please resync my suresignal box serial number 4012 1484469
