Hi,
No lights on my Suresignal version 3 - please help...
Info below:
1. Speed Test Ping 29ms Download speed 47.3Mbps Upload Speed 18.36Mbps
2. PING B* Ping 28ms Jitter 6ms
3. IP 86.186.79.185

Sorry missed the seriel number: 40123678589
I've just read if older than 12 months my only choice is to buy a new one....but that doesnt seem so easy online??

I can see from your trace route that you're using a BT Homehub.
One of the things we've noticed can cause the issue you're having is the "Smart Setup" function on the hub. This setting needs to be turned off in order for your Sure Signal to connect.
If the Sure Signal still won't connect once you've disabled the function, let us know and we'll look further into the issue for you.

If you have no lights on your Sure Signal there is a fault with the device.
We can still repair this for you, as the device is outside the manufacturer’s warranty period this will be chargeable.
