Hi,
I have a Sure Signal V1 which I have not used for some time due to house renovations. I have another 2 Sure Signals at my house due to the very thick stone walls and poor signal coverage. They both work well.
I would like to get the original working again to get a signal in my garage, so I checked on my account and it says it has been suspended.
When I click on the re-activate button and type in my serial number ( 21228604753 ) it comes up with the following message:
Sorry – there seems to be a problem.
We're working hard to fix the issue, so please try again later.: 500, 1045
Could somebody please help me to figure out how I can re-activate my V1 Sure Signal?
