Hi
I have gone thru the troubleshooting guides. Tried resetting the box etc but I do not get the normal lights showing - just the power light.
I need this resynching please. I have no phone signal at all so messaging will not get to me.

Is it coincidence that on two occasions for two different clients you say that their last connection was on 18th August? Looks to me like something was changed at VodaFone on 18th August that broke our SureSignals!

I have reset the Sure Signal unit yet again and I have left it for over 6 hours but still no luck, still have the two right hand lights lit in orange.

@russell - Please let us know the exact light sequence you’re seeing and what the power and internet light are doing.
Also please post us your speed test results?
@fluidjewel – Your Sure Signal is running the old firmware version.
I’ve requested this to be updated.
Please leave it for a minimum of 24 hours and then turn your phone off and on after this.
