Hi micahelsan,
Can you take a look at our Sure Signal Troubleshooting thread, and then post back your results if you’re not directed to an existing thread?
Cheers, Ben

Hi michaelsan,
Thanks for your posts.
Everything does look fine apart from the registration because it’s not connected to the server since January.
Can you confirm what router you are using?
In the meantime I have re-synced this for you today.
Please can you perform a reset on your router and sure signal and let me know how you get on?
To reset your Sure Signal.
-Hold in the reset button until all lights go solid
-Pull the power lead out with the reset button still pushed in
-Continue to hold down the reset button and reconnect the power lead
-Wait for all lights to come on and then release the reset button

Hi michaelsan,
I’ve checked for you today and your Sure Signal is still showing as having last connected to our servers on 23 January.
Are you able to try the Sure Signal on a different internet connection (a family member, friend etc)?
If the unit works there, it would mean that there’s something in your current set up that’s preventing it from getting a connection to our servers.
If it doesn’t work in the other location, it may indicate that the Sure Signal is faulty and it would need to be sent for repair.
Your Sure Signal is now out of warranty and a repair would cost £65. You may wish to consider buying a new one for £100.
Thanks,
Andrew
