I have a new V3 suresignal which gives me an excellent signal but my wife has an identical phone and cannot get a signal at all.

My suresignal number is 42151665769

Hi lloydsboy,

I guess you have her registered as a user on the Sure Signal dashboard?

Has she received a confirmation text from Vodafone?

Try rebooting her handset.

 If all else fails de-register and re-registster her handset. on the  users panel.

All ok now. I removed all other users and re-registered them. Everything is now working fine.
