I have talked to an online agent, followed by two members of the Vodafone team about getting my Suresignal enabled again. I am still waiting for a callback from last week regarding this. Can my sure signal please be re-enabled.

As this is something that requires account access, please Contact us for a status update.
If your Sure Signal has been unused for 3-12 months, we can restore the service.
If it's been more than 12 months, we'll be unable to reattach the Sure Signal to the network.
This is covered in your Sure Signal Ts&Cs.
