We have a suresignal in a holiday house and use it infrequently. The 3 normal lights are on, but none of the registered phones can connect. We have not changed ISPs or SIMS since the last visit. We have tried to reset the device according to instructions here - but it makes no difference.
What can i do now?

Hi taks,
Your Internet provider will need to look at the line quality of your connection to look at what’s happening.
Although you have said things have got better but the results from the other day suggest otherwise.
Although your download speed has been increased, it looks like your line quality, ping times and your upload speeds have been affected.
I’d ask your provider if there is anything that they can do to get this improved.
You need to have an upload speed on at least 0.3Mbps and each hop on your traceroute needs to be below 200ms.
