Hi,
I bought a sure signal box, registered it, plug in and play and it worked! yay!
then i needed to change my IP address to static.
and the device now looks like this..
I have extensively read the forum posts regarding this issue, however cannot resolve the issue and finding it very difficult to resolve the issue with the call centre team in the sure signal department.
I know its not router related as it did once work, my guess is the Static IP is to blame.
my business is financial services and i do not wish to open up ports which can make you more vulnerable security wise...
i noticed the answer to most posts include "adding ip address to Vodafone’s Whitelist" will this solve the issue?
help please asap!

@georgielass Please deregister your Sure Signal, reset it and then register it again.
