Suresignal v3 resync request 40131003242

Please can I request that my suresignal v3 has a resync performed as the status lights on the device and the my suresignal dashboard indicates my SSv3 is operational, however I have had this unit for many months for which my phone (the owner denoted on the SSv3) has never worked.  Recently the Vodafone signal in my area has degraded to the point my vodafone corporate account mobile is unusable at home, hence the SSv3 which neither works also!

 

Please can this be resolved ASAP as this service is very frustrating...

Hi ianbow1234, 

 

I've done a reysnc for you, please do a reset to complete the process.

 

-Locate the button on the base of the box next to the Ethernet ports.

-Press and hold the button for approximately 30 seconds.

-Once the lights come back on, release the button.
