My sure signal is not working for calls in or out - the red power light is on plus the internet and WiFi light but apart from the phone light coming on for the first 3 or so hours once set up it no longer works . It’s a version 3 and I’ve only had it a few days

Is it a brand new SS or a pre owned one ?

What light sequence you're now seeing:
Your speed test results from here.
Your external IP address from here.
Your Sure Signal serial number:
The results of a traceroute.
VSS Traceroute command
On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
