Suresignal3stopped connecting with 4 phones

hi. VSS3 worked fine but now won't allow any of 4 mobiles to connect. Steady red and 2 white on continuous but no mobile connection light.

factory reset, de register and renew has no effect. Internet status good.

phones work on other vss units

 

this status for 5 days

 

vss3 serial no 40123618080

 

 Help with tech support investigate on servers please

Please go through the Sure Signal Troubleshooting thread as this may help you to resolve your issue.  It has links to the key things you can do to try and resolve the issue you are experiencing

I have run the uggested steps in help but no success. I have set up more than 8 sure signals but this one is problematic. It worked for 4 weeks following a vss2 that failed after 2 years on the same adsl service. 

Will contact live support in morning

Please do try Live Chat from a Computer. 

 

Another avenue to gain assistance is 191 or "Customer service support-> Call 03333 040 191 then take option 2 three times and finally option 5 – straight to the Sure Signal team."

 

I hope you manager to get your numbers connected to the Sure Signal Device.

I have the same problem , was working for a few weeks after the Virgin-Vodafone debacle now off line again on all 4 connected phones, tried all the usual stuff , the SS is just not providing access to the rehistered phones

All lights are as they should be, tried reset , power off , re register nothing works

Still no solution that works despite chat with tech support. Included relocating and re registering vss3 unit to a location with an existing VSS operational on same LAN. 18 hrs since reregister but no 3G despite both white lights steady.

Drey. The fault is listed in my original post.
The routing to BT servers is proven as a vss1 unit connects with 3G just fine. The vss3 is correctly registered and active with one red and two white lights but no 3G connect. The vss3 is the only unit on the LAN for 18 hrs but still no change. The vss3 unit is very hot!

Must be a fault on vss?
